Freelance (inside ir35)

Locations: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness or Perth (Hybrid – ~50% office/site)

We are recruiting for multiple Contracts Manager and Senior Contracts Manager roles supporting major capital projects (£50m–£500m).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre- and post-contract commercial management
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing
• Administer NEC and bespoke construction contracts
• Manage cost reporting, forecasting and budgets
• Oversee change control and compensation events
• Support procurement and tender evaluation activities
• Lead stakeholder engagement and resolve commercial issues
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance and safety standards

About You:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Working towards or holding RICS/CICES membership (desirable)
• Strong experience in estimating, cost management and contract administration
• Proven knowledge of NEC and standard form contracts
• Background on client or contractor side
