A highly regarded, London-based corporate law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing and well-established Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a 30-strong department undertaking high-quality, complex transactional work for an impressive portfolio of clients.

The Role:

You will work on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, advising a strong client base that includes high-growth businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and established companies. Matters are varied and may include:

• M&A transactions (buy and sell side)
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Shareholder agreements and corporate restructurings
• General corporate advisory work

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical ability
• Commercial awareness and confidence in managing client relationships
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Experience supervising junior solicitors
