Strategic Estates Surveyor - East Midlands

Job description

We’re looking for a strategic property professional to lead an estates management function and ensure the operational property portfolio is managed efficiently, compliantly and in line with customer and stakeholder expectations.
You will drive efficiency, reduce costs and align property assets with corporate priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategic and operational management of the estate
• Delivering estate strategies, business cases and projects to completion
• Ensuring statutory, legal and valuation requirements are met
• Providing expert asset management advice to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Driving performance management, continuous improvement and reporting
• Managing budgets, people and resources effectively

You’ll bring strong leadership, commercial awareness and professional expertise in estates and asset management, with a commitment to high standards, collaboration and inclusion, MRICS essential.
