About the Opportunity:

We are creating a pool of Qualifications systems, Transparency, Portability and Recognition of Skills and Qualifications experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Qualifications systems, Transparency, Portability and Recognition of Skills and Qualifications for Senior experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Qualifications systems, Transparency, Portability and Recognition of Skills and Qualifications for Mid-level experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Qualifications systems, Transparency, Portability and Recognition of Skills and Qualifications for Junior experts;
• Very good command of English.
