Conveyancing Team Manager (Hybrid)

Salary: £45K-£55K (DOE)

Location: Central Cardiff, Wales

We are looking for an experienced conveyancing team manager to join and lead a team of property lawyers at the Cardiff office. This a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, modern conveyancing firm that utilises the latest technology to streamline the conveyancing process.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Conveyancing experience - Ideally 5+ years
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of conveyancers
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• The drive and energy to motivate your team

The role:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team
• Develop individual team members
• Support Senior Operations Managers in annual processes
• Workload distribution
• Resource planning
• Facilitate and chair regular team meetings
