Day rate: Outside IR35 Market Rate

Duration: 6 Month Initial Contract

Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of a data ingestion and AI enablement programme that has been running for some time and is now moving into a new domain following an internal restructure.

The programme focuses on tidying up how data is ingested and building a centralised data ingestion capability that business units can upload data into and consume from consistently. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, with regular Group Executive and Board-level engagement. You will assume full ownership of the programme, ensuring it is stabilised, delivered, and positioned for scale and wider rollout across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of the Data Ingestion & AI Mapping programme
• Managing delivery with a third-party consultancy building the AI mapping engine
• Driving the implementation of a central ingestion capability for business data upload and extraction
• Creating and executing a scale and rollout plan across the organisation

Key Requirements:

• Senior stakeholder management
• Azure-based architecture and Databricks
• AI / Large Language Model concepts (particularly data mapping)
