New Market Pricing Manager role available at a leading personal lines insurer.
This is a rare opportunity for a flexible working pattern - one day a month in the office on the South Coast.
The Role -
- Managing a team of roughly 5 people
- Management of trading position to meet targets
- Oversight and approval of the application of models of customer and market behaviour
- Incorporating machine learning into behavioural models
- Stakeholder management
The Candidate -
- 5+ years in insurance pricing or related analytical background
- Detailed knowledge of pricing optimisation
- Experience using Emblem, Radar, Databricks or industry equivalent
- Management or mentorship experience
Salary - £60,000 - £80,000
Location - Remote (one day a month on the office on the South Coast)
