Job Title: Private Client Lawyer/Solicitor

Location: Marlow

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Private Client Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join a highly respected team in a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm. The role offers exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters, providing excellent career development within a supportive, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and advise on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney: develop technical expertise with high-net-worth clients

• Handle Probate and Estate Administration: gain experience managing complex estates

• Advise on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax matters: enhance your client advisory skills

• Build trusted client relationships: work on sensitive and impactful matters

• Collaborate within a supportive, Tier 1 team: benefit from a modern, flexible, and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Private Client law

• Strong technical experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Administration

• Knowledge of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Trusts

• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage complex cases
