Third Party Risk Manager

London/Hybrid

Salary - £65,000 + £5k car + bonus

JSS Search are currently recruiting for a commercially minded Third Party Risk Manager to take ownership of a newly introduced Third Part Risk Function. The business has recently implemented Coupa RPMA (Risk & Performance Management) system & will need support rolling this out.

This role sits within an established procurement function and offers a strong blend of third-party risk management, system ownership, stakeholder engagement, and entry-level category management. The focus is on managing supplier risk in a pragmatic, risk-based way that supports the business rather than slows it down.

What you’ll be doing:

Supplier Risk & Coupa RPMA

• Own the day-to-day operation of the Coupa RPMA / Non-Food TPRM process
• Manage supplier onboarding and ongoing risk assessments
• Maintain questionnaires, workflows, scoring logic and approval routes
• Track supplier risks, actions and mitigations with internal SMEs
• Produce clear MI on supplier risk status, volumes and trends
• Act as the main liaison with IT and Coupa support on system changes and improvements

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

• Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders on supplier onboarding and risk
• Advise stakeholders on when risk assessments are required and how outcomes are applied
• Manage supplier communications relating to questionnaires, follow-ups and remediation

What we’re looking for

Essential

• 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, supplier risk, third-party risk, or supplier onboarding
• Hands-on experience using procurement or risk systems (Coupa strongly preferred)
• Good understanding of supplier risk areas (e.g. Information security, H&S, ESG, compliance)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier communication skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple workflows

Desirable

• Direct experience with Coupa RPMA / TPRM
• Exposure to indirect procurement category management
• Experience with supplier assurance platforms (e.g. SafeContractor, Achilles, EcoVadis)

• Systems-minded and process-driven, but able to operate in environments where processes and compliance are still maturing
