Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyer - Financial Services Regulatory | Hybrid

A major financial services business is hiring a Professional Support / Knowledge Lawyer to strengthen its UK legal function. You’ll build and run a robust knowledge management capability, ensuring the organisation stays ahead of legal and regulatory change across the consumer credit landscape.

The role involves driving knowledge strategy, producing business‑facing legal updates, leading horizon scanning, and developing training for legal and wider stakeholders. You’ll manage a small team of SMEs and work closely with functions such as Compliance, External Affairs and first‑line risk across areas including Consumer Duty, payments, Open Banking, CCA/CONC, tech/AI and financial crime.

Ideal for a solicitor with c.5–10 PQE and strong consumer credit regulatory experience. Strong communication, leadership and strategic thinking are key. You’ll join a collaborative, people‑focused environment offering strong development opportunities and a flexible hybrid model.
