Job description
A leading international law firm is looking to speak with Real Estate Finance Associates/Senior Associates (3-6 PQE) interested in opportunities within its established Finance practice in London.
In this role, you will advise banks, debt funds, sponsors, and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions. The work will include investment and development financings, refinancings, portfolio financings, and cross-border transactions across a variety of asset classes.
You will work closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate, and restructuring teams to deliver commercially focused advice on complex matters from structuring through to completion.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified with between 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in Real Estate Finance, gained at a recognised City or international firm.
You should have strong drafting skills, solid knowledge of finance documentation, and experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers on secured lending transactions.
