Job description
My client is a pan-European real estate investment firm that is growing exponentially. As a result of this expansion, the business is now looking to hire a first and dedicated lawyer to be based in London. Reporting into the General Counsel based internationally, the successful candidate will support the business on all investment activity, including the structuring and execution of funds, club deals and joint ventures across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have 5-10 years’ post-qualified experience gained at a city law firm. In-house experience is beneficial but not a pre-requisite. Experience in one of corporate/corporate real estate, funds or real estate finance and a willingness to diversify into working across all of those transactions is required.
