We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Coverage team in London, tasked with expanding our strategic engagement with UK mid-cap corporates, particularly within the Infrastructure and Industrials sectors.


This client-centric role is pivotal to our growth strategy, requiring a deep understanding of corporate banking and the adept delivery of tailored financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking, and M&A solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage relationships with a dedicated portfolio of UK mid-cap corporate clients within the Infrastructure and Industrials sectors.
  • Support the development and execution of client strategies, identifying strategic requirements and financing needs.
  • Proactively propose and implement tailored corporate banking, structured finance, investment banking, and M&A solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal business lines and product partners to generate new business opportunities and deliver comprehensive client service.
  • Drive client engagement through targeted marketing efforts, pitch generation, and relationship deepening.
  • Conduct in-depth client analysis, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and strategic objectives of the UK Corporate Coverage team.


Experience & Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in credit analysis, presentation, and financial modelling, with a strong understanding of business models and financial statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and lead corporate banking deals, including pitching and deal negotiation.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and experience building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong internal communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams and with product specialists.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and responsible self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Commitment to adhering to leadership principles and conduct rules.
