Location: UK Wide (Travel & Staying Away Required)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity

A leading UK contractor delivering new build projects nationwide is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel and cladding systems. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on steel and cladding projects
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
• Oversee construction programmes and technical drawings
• Ensure full H&S compliance and quality control
• Produce progress reports and manage variations

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years’ site management experience in steel and cladding
• Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and cladding installation
• CSCS (Manager level), SMSTS & First Aid
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to work UK wide
