Job description
We are supporting an international bank seeking an experienced Senior Loan Operations Specialist with strong exposure to Corporate and Syndicated Loan Operations.
This role sits within the lending operations function, supporting syndicated facilities across corporate banking portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate loan operations
- Administer syndicated loan and loan agency transactions
- Process drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and settlements
- Support multi-lender syndicated facilities
- Review loan documentation and credit agreements
- Coordinate with agent banks and internal stakeholders
- Ensure operational accuracy and risk compliance
Required Experience (Must Have)
- Strong Corporate Loan Operations experience
- Hands-on exposure to Syndicated Loans
- Experience in Risk Participation
- Background within a UK or international bank
- Ability to manage loan transactions independently
- Experience with systems such as Loan IQ, ACBS, or similar
