Family Solicitor - Birmingham

A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its growing team. This position offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of exclusively privately funded family matters within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives (minimum 3 years’ PQE) who:

• Are technically proficient with strong experience in private client family work
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintain a client-focused approach and consistently high standards
• Are proactive team players with the ability to work independently when required
• Have a solid and consistent billing history

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied and complex caseload, advising on:

• Divorce and separation
• Cohabitation disputes
• Children Act matters
• Financial remedy matters
