A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm in Chester is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding dispute resolution team. The Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:

• Act on a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and contentious business matters
• Manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements, and attend court hearings as required
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex, high-value cases
• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience handling a variety of commercial disputes, preferably in a top-tier or strong regional firm
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a track record of delivering excellent results
