Senior Resourcing Manager

Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary up to 50K (DOE)

We are supporting a leading creative agency who need a Senior Resource Manager to keep their projects, people, and freelancers running smoothly. This is a high volume role where you’ll be right at the centre of delivery.

At a glance, you'll be working on 40+ projects at one time whilst coordinating and resourcing hundreds of freelancers, so thriving in a fast paced environment is a must!

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day allocation of internal talent + freelancers
• Running traffic & resourcing meetings
• Using Monday.com to plan, track, and report on workloads
• Analysing workflow data to improve efficiency
• Keeping freelance costs on track and quality checked

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years in resourcing/traffic management (must be from an agency background)
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows and production processes
• Monday.com experience is desirable
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
