Senior Manager - Real Assets, Debt Advisory (Corporate Finance Boutique, London)

Job description

A specialist corporate finance advisory boutique focused on real assets and infrastructure is seeking to hire a Senior Manager to support its continued growth.

As deal activity and client demand continue to increase, the firm is looking for a senior hire to lead transaction execution, support origination efforts, and help develop junior team members.

Title: Director – Debt Advisory

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Base Salary: £90,000 – £100,000, plus discretionary competitive bonus

What You’ll Do

Client Advisory

• Support clients on debt advisory mandates, including financing strategy, capital structures, and lender engagement

Transaction Execution

• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions
• Oversee modelling, marketing materials, structuring, and delivery through to close

Origination Support

• Contribute to idea generation, pitches, and identification of new opportunities
• Prepare high-quality materials for client and board-level discussions

Lender Relationships

• Support and develop relationships with banks, institutions, and private credit providers

Team Leadership

• Act as a senior role model and support the development of junior team members

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in debt advisory, corporate finance, or structured finance within an advisory, banking, or investment environment
• Strong execution capability across complex financing transactions
• Solid financial modelling and structuring expertise
• Exposure to real assets and/or infrastructure financings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with clients and counterparties
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to team development
