Job Title: Senior Corporate Account Handler

Location: Central London – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £80K DOE

Are you a Senior Corporate Account Handler used to managing sizeable, complex programmes and looking to step into a portfolio with genuine corporate exposure?

My client is a well-established and growing commercial brokerage with a strong presence in the corporate market. As part of their continued London expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Account Handler to manage and support a portfolio with average premiums around £150K, working alongside senior Account Executives on sophisticated, multi-layered programmes.

This role offers exposure to strategic renewals, layered placements, and complex market negotiations ideal for someone already comfortable handling premiums of £60K+ who is ready to operate consistently at a higher corporate level.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and supporting a portfolio of mid-corporate to corporate clients with average premiums of £150K
• Leading renewals and market exercises for cases typically £60K+ premium and above
• Acting as the technical lead on complex restructures and programme placements
• Preparing detailed renewal strategies, insurer submissions and client presentations
• Negotiating terms with insurers across composite and layered placements
• Working closely with Account Executives to deliver strategic, consultative advice
• Providing proactive, high-level service to key corporate clients
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

What you’ll need

• Significant experience as a Senior Commercial or Corporate Account Handler within broking
• Proven experience handling premiums of £60K+ and exposure to larger corporate cases
• Strong technical knowledge across core commercial classes (Property, Liability, Motor, Financial Lines etc.)
• Confidence negotiating directly with insurers on complex placements
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• A consultative, detail-focused approach suited to corporate clients
• Ambition to develop further within a growing, modern brokerage
