Role: Foreman

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Hands‑on role with a newly established company

We’re recruiting a Foreman to join a newly established business specialising in concrete support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small on‑site team
• Work hands‑on across daily operations and installation tasks
• Ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality delivery of all site activities
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow
• Communicate effectively with management and site teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical background in concrete reinforcement or rebar support
• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman position
• Highly skilled, practical, and confident working on the tools
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to set standards and lead by example
