The Role:

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions and associated residential matters

You’ll have the autonomy to run your own files with confidence, while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative local team. The focus is firmly on service, quality, and professionalism - not unrealistic targets or high-volume pressure.

About You:

• Solicitor (England & Wales), CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong, hands-on experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, personable, and client-focused
• A team player who values collaboration and shared standards
