Revenue Manager
London / Birmingham / Crewe – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
£40,000–£50,000

The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will lead strategy, performance, and people development across a dedicated route, balancing analytical insight with day‑to‑day trading decisions. You will:
- Set and execute revenue strategies to maximise performance across assigned routes.
- Drive revenue targets and lead initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a junior team of analysts, building capability and best practice.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
- Manage workflows across pricing, forecasting, and yield optimisation.
- Collaborate with wider commercial teams to deliver joined‑up strategies across the network.
- Balance customer demand, yield, and operational performance to maximise revenue.
Your Skills & Experience
You should have:
- Strong experience in revenue management or yield management.
- A highly numerical, analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
- A track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Experience developing or coaching analytical team members.
- Transport sector experience (highly preferred).
