Property Litigation Associate (NQ – 5 PQE) | Flexible & Hands-On Role | London / Remote
Are you a property litigation lawyer seeking more than just a traditional firm experience?
A highly respected London-based property litigation team is looking for an associate (NQ – 5 PQE) to join them and work directly with a partner on high-value cases.
This is a rare opportunity to gain significant exposure, take ownership of work, and develop your skills in a supportive, flexible environment.
What the role involves:
- Supporting a partner with a high workload, including six ongoing High Court cases.
- Working on a range of property litigation matters, from contentious lease disputes to complex landlord-tenant issues.
- Direct client interaction and decision-making responsibility, not just delegated tasks.
- Collaborating with an experienced team of property litigators—the second largest presence in the UK outside of CMS.
