Base Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly, with accelerators for over-performance

OTE: £90,000+ realistic, with six-figure earnings achievable through consistent delivery

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within the data team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients to deliver talent solutions across both contract and permanent markets.


Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end recruiting across data and technology roles
  • Strategic, proactive sourcing of specialist candidates
  • Delivering contract recruitment, temporary placement, and permanent placement solutions
  • Supporting senior hires through retained and contingent executive search processes
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships within the data and IT space
  • Maintaining a consistently high standard of candidate and client experience


About You

  • Proven experience in IT Recruiting or technical recruiting, ideally within data
  • Track record of successful, high-quality job placements
  • Comfortable working across contract, temporary, and permanent recruitment models
  • Commercially minded, consultative, and relationship-driven
  • Motivated by performance, progression, and long-term success
