Exciting role for an experienced intellectual property lawyer in a leading practice

Associate / Senior Associate - IP (Brands) - London or Cambridge with hybrid working

This role would be suitable for either a Solicitor or Trademark Attorney.

Role

• A varied range of IP advisory and disputes work, particularly in relation to soft IP matters
• Advise a wide range of clients through all stages of the IP lifecycle, from audits and strategy development to clearance, registration, enforcement and licensing
• Devise effective risk management strategies and coordinate multi-jurisdictional advice and enforcement matters
• Playing an active role in business development as part of wider team and department efforts

You

• 2+ years PQE
• Experience in, knowledge of and ideally passion for intellectual property law
• Able to manage a wide portfolio of brands work, supported by a Partner and wider team
• Experience working with WIPO, UKIPO and EUIPO
