On behalf of a leading IP specialist, we are seeking an experienced Associate Trade Mark Attorney to join their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded trade mark attorney to work with a high-quality client base across a broad range of sectors, advising on trade mark strategy, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. The role offers genuine scope for progression within a highly regarded and supportive practice.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong post-qualification experience gained in private practice or an in-house legal team
- Demonstrate excellent client-handling and advisory skills
- Be motivated, collaborative and commercially aware
