Senior Product Manager

London based | 3 days in office | £100,000 – £125,000

Join a well-established, highly respected and reputable private bank. This is a strategic role with visibility, ownership, and influence across the product landscape.

You’ll Bring:

• Proven stakeholder management, able to influence, align and secure buy-in across senior teams and functions.

• Strong knowledge and experience within the lending space,

• Strong communication, clarity, consistency, with decision-making.

• Great ability to take ownership within a team, and able to drive forward to set goals.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly with data to inform product direction.

You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and governance of products end-to-end, with customer outcomes at the centre.

• Use data, insight, and competitor analysis to shape product strategy, elevate performance, and enhance experience.

• Work across Banking, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing to deliver aligned, scalable solutions.

• Drive regulatory alignment, product documentation accuracy, and responsible adoption of digital tools and methodologies.
