Senior Planning Lawyer (Consultant) | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start

I’m currently working with an international law firm looking to bring in a highly experienced Planning Lawyer on a 6-month contract, starting at short notice.

This is a senior role focused on a broad mix of planning work, including advising on complex, multi-use developments, negotiating s106 agreements, and supporting on infrastructure and development projects.

There will also be close involvement with the Real Estate team, providing planning input on transactions, due diligence and documentation.

They’re ideally looking for someone with around 15+ years’ experience gained at a leading UK firm, with a strong track record across major development work and the confidence to operate at a senior level.

This could suit a Senior Associate, Legal Director, consultant, or a former Partner who is open to a short-term consultancy engagement.

It’s a great opportunity to step into a high-quality workload on a flexible basis.
