Associate Architect

Job description

A medium, award winning, Employee Owned Architecture firm within the design hub of central London are experiencing a time of growth and looking to expand their team with strong project runners from Senior-Associate level working on a range of Residential, Hospitality and Workplace projects across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity to have autonomy over your projects and lead a team of Architects and Assistants throughout the RIBA plan of work as well as not being pigeon holed doing one sector of project only within a firm.

• Project leading experience preferably on projects ranging from £50-£20 million
• A strong understanding and exposure to all RIBA project stages
• An outstanding understanding of UK building regulations, leading international projects will not be enough for this position due to complexities
• Experience specifically in the residential sector will be looked upon favourably at this stage however a strong demonstration of design and technical abilities/ deliverables in key
• This is a fully revit based practice therefore Revit skills is essential
