Job description
A client who is growing in AUM and with an established team is currently looking to hire a funds lawyer to the team. This person must be England & Wales qualified and ideally has experience across more traditional UCITS fund ranges.
Key responsibilities:
- Establishment & structuring of funds
- All accompanying fund documentation
- Adhoc internal legal and legal work
Experience:
- 1-6PQE in Law Practice
- UCITS and AIF fund structuring
- IMA's/LPA's
- Side letter agreements
