Senior Lawyer - Employment

Job description

We are working with a top tier national law firm based in London for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Employment team, advising UK and multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Responsibilities include providing advisory support on disciplinaries, grievances, contracts and workplace policies, working on Employment Tribunal claims and handling High Court litigation.

The role also involves supporting on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, advising on atypical working arrangements, global mobility and reward structures.

Essential Criteria:

• 4-10 years’ PQE;
• Employment law experience;
• Technically excellent;
• Client-focused;
• Commercial awareness;
• Team player;
• Analytical;
• Strong communication skills.
