The role

- Supporting complex credit risk and financing structures
- Advising on Basel compliance considerations
- Supporting claims and policy restructurings
This is high-quality, technical insurance work closely aligned to complex financing arrangements and lender structures.
Alongside the CSPR remit, you will:
- Support implementation of legal strategy
- Advise on legal risk across the business
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Manage external counsel and litigation where required
- Contribute to process improvements and risk frameworks
- Support and develop junior team members
