- Support the day‑to‑day management of treaty contracts, including reviewing terms, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Compile, analyse and interpret underwriting, loss and financial data to produce insights that guide treaty placement and renewal decisions.
- Build strong working relationships with reinsurers, brokers, underwriters and other internal teams.
- Assist with negotiations and maintain open lines of communication throughout the treaty lifecycle.
- Help coordinate treaty renewals, prepare presentations, gather underwriting information and track delivery against key milestones.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies across exposures, premiums, recoveries, or claims, escalating more complex matters when necessary.
- Ensure treaty documentation is accurate, complete and properly stored.
- Support monitoring of compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes, improving data quality and enhancing overall treaty management efficiency.
