Enfranchisement Solicitor - (Remote role)
A specialist property law business is seeking an experienced enfranchisement professional to join its growing team. The role offers high quality technical work, a controlled caseload, and a strong focus on client care and work life balance.
You will manage your own enfranchisement matters from instruction through to completion, supported by an established admin and support team. This allows you to focus on legal work, negotiation, and client relationships rather than process driven tasks.
Key responsibilities
• Title and lease reviews
• Preparing and responding to statutory notices
• Instructing valuers
• Drafting and negotiating new leases
• Managing completions and post completion matters
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
• Minimum two years experience in leasehold enfranchisement
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong interest in property law and technical development
Working pattern
• Full time, home based
• One day per month in London
Package
• Competitive salary depending on experience
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
• Discretionary twice yearly bonus
