We are seeking a technology implementation manager who is passionate about shaping the future of compliance technology, data-driven transformation, and large scale digital delivery.

About the role of Technology Implementation Manager

• Translating client and business requirements into actionable technical deliverables

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation outcomes

• Supporting sales activities including proposals, client demos and presentations

• Managing implementation of both in house and third party technology solutions

• Leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, risks and timelines are well controlled

• Ensuring best in class delivery and agility to meet evolving market and regulatory demands

• Managing project teams, including offshore resources, to deliver high quality solutions

Skills & Experience for a Technology Implementation Manager

• A strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology

• Proven experience leading technology implementation projects, ideally within agile environments

• Understanding of tax or finance compliance processes and data driven transformation

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to modern working practices

• Experience supporting or managing change within technology driven environments
