Role Description

We're looking for a commercial property solicitor to join us as a consultant.

Typical work with include:

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions.
• Commercial leases.
• Rent deposit deeds.
• Lease assignments.
• Lease surrenders.
• And more...

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

• Be an english qualified solicitor, based in the UK.
• Have at lease 5 years PQE.
• Have experience advising small businesses and SMEs.
• Have high standards and great attention to detail.
• Be friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable.
• Be able to work independently and remotely.

A solicitor with a following would be preferred, but it's not essential.

Any experience in advising on small business sales and acquisitions (where the lease is the main asset to be transferred) would also be preferred, but it's not essential.

Remuneration

The successful candidate will be paid:

• 50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm, for services delivered by the consultant.
• 75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by the consultant; and
• A referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm.
