Employment Law Associate / Senior Associate – Manchester

We’re working with a leading national law firm to recruit an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor to join their growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a highly regarded Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice that operates across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and government.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, managing complex Employment Tribunal cases, and contributing to training and business development initiatives. Collaboration is central to this position, with opportunities to work alongside experienced partners and colleagues across the firm’s national network.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on diverse employment law issues
• Handling Employment Tribunal claims
• Delivering training sessions and supporting business development
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices

About You

• Qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in employment law
• Strong communication, drafting, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively
• Excellent attention to detail and time management

Desirable Experience

• Supporting corporate transactions
• Advising large employers
• Advocacy experience
