Join Our Property Litigation Team

Are you a lawyer with a passion for resolving property disputes? At Higgs LLP, we are looking for someone who loves solving problems, building relationships, and navigating the complexities of property disputes.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, working on everything from lease renewals to boundary issues and rights of way. If you thrive on strategic thinking, client care, and collaborative working, this is your chance to make an impact.

What you’ll do:

Advise on landlord & tenant law

Handle lease renewals, break notices & dilapidations

Represent clients in hearings & ADR

Build strong client relationships and your own network

What we’re looking for:

Confident in contentious matters

Commercially aware & proactive

Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
