Starting Salary: £30,000

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping multiple creative spaces running smoothly with planned preventative maintenance.
  • Spotting issues early and carrying out repairs, inspections, and general fixes.
  • Carefully transporting, handling, and installing high‑value artwork and furniture.
  • Completing deliveries and collections using a company vehicle and maintaining it to a high standard.
  • Supporting with studio/workshop moves, setups, and organisation.
  • Ensuring safety by carrying out risk assessments and reporting concerns quickly.
  • This role is active, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys practical problem‑solving and moving between sites.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Real hands‑on ability across multiple trades- carpentry, basic electrics, plumbing, or general maintenance.
  • Confidence lifting and moving heavier items.
  • A calm, professional manner, especially when handling delicate, valuable pieces.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage changing priorities.
  • Bonus points for: BTEC or similar trade qualifications, plus Level 2 electrical skills.
