A leading specialist executive search firm focused exclusively on the Professional Services sector is seeking a Senior Associate to join their high-calibre team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of senior leadership mandates across consulting, advisory, legal, digital services, and other expert-led professional services organisations.


Working within a deeply relationship-driven and insight-led search environment, you will help shape talent strategies for some of the most respected brands in the sector while building influential networks with senior industry leaders.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with experienced Consultants and Partners to deliver senior searches across the Professional Services landscape.
  • Conduct structured market mapping, talent identification, and rigorous candidate assessment.
  • Build trusted relationships with consultants, partners, and functional leaders across top-tier firms.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the competitive and commercial dynamics shaping the professional services ecosystem.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, pitch materials, and client insights to elevate delivery quality and market reputation.
  • Engage directly with clients, gaining early exposure to strategic conversations and delivery excellence.


What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years in executive search (professional services experience advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp sophisticated business models and advisory disciplines.
  • Confident communication skills, professional maturity, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • A research-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach, ambition, and the drive to build a long-term career in specialist executive search.
