We have partnered with a rapidly growing and award winning consumer HealthTech who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to work closely with the Operations Director and the wider SLT.

As Senior Strategy & Ops Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead key functions that will drive the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing:-

• Process Improvement: Drive strategic enhancements across the business to unlock new opportunities, boost efficiency, lower costs, and optimise supply chain operations.
• Solving Complex Challenges: Tackle wide-ranging operational issues typical of a high-growth environment—work that requires agility, creative problem-solving, and a fresh perspective. It’s a chance to gain experiences you won’t find in more traditional settings.
• Expansion & Growth Initiatives: Lead the launch and operational execution of new, high-potential business verticals. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong performance, hit key milestones, and continuously refine delivery.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Inject fresh thinking into the business by challenging existing processes and suggesting bold new approaches. In our fast-moving, test-and-learn culture, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and drive impactful change.

What we are looking for:-

• 1-3 years experience in an operational role within a consumer or ecommerce start-up or scaleup.
• First rate analytical skills with the ability to turn heavy data into actionable insights.
• Managing multiple projects is your superpower across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods would be highly beneficial.
