A leading global law firm in London is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its in-house commercial legal team. The role involves delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice and supporting global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial matters to lawyers and non-lawyers across multiple offices.
- Lead projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including procurement agreements.
- Develop and deliver training programs.
- Support risk mitigation strategies and set best practice standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Experience & Skills
- Qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ experience in an international professional services firm.
- Expertise in complex commercial, technology contracts and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks, including data protection.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
