Finance Associate / Senior Associate – London

London | Hybrid | Full-time

A leading international law and professional services firm is expanding its London finance practice and is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing, global team.

You’ll work on complex cross-border finance transactions governed by the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands, alongside market-leading practitioners. This is a chance to contribute to the growth of a globally recognised practice while building your career in a collaborative and empowering environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technically strong, commercially-focused legal advice on finance matters.
• Support senior colleagues and partners on high-profile client mandates.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development initiatives.
• Share knowledge and contribute to internal training and practice development.

About You:

• Qualified lawyer with up to 7 years’ PQE.
• Excellent academic record and solid finance law expertise.
• Commercially astute, client-focused, and ambitious.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Offshore experience a plus but not essential.
