Research Manager

HYBRID - LONDON - 4 days a week in the office

SALARY - UP TO £55,000

The Role

As a Research Manager, you will:

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end quantitative research projects across multiple sectors and audiences.

• Manage client relationships, running scoping discussions, leading calls, and presenting outputs.

• Create high‑quality data tables and custom outputs

• Collaborate with consulting, analytics, and engineering teams on complex, multi‑market programmes.

• Oversee survey design, sampling, fieldwork, and data quality standards.

• Support and develop junior researchers.

• Contribute to proposals, costings, and broader client growth opportunities.


Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in quantitative market research.

• Confident delivering the full research lifecycle from survey design to insight reporting.

• Strong Excel capability; familiarity with DisplayR is beneficial.

• Experience managing client communication and shaping deliverable project scopes.

• Able to spot research pitfalls and ensure methodological robustness.

• Comfortable mentoring and guiding junior team members.

• Detail‑driven, proactive, and client‑focused.
