Your Role

• Carry out residential stock condition and EPC surveys
• Capture building fabric, defects, and lifecycle data
• Submit clear, accurate reports
• Manage your own diary and site visits efficiently

What You’ll Need

• Experience delivering residential stock condition and EPC surveys
• Strong knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
• Construction background (qualification or solid experience)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
