We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Supervising Associate to join their Real Estate Finance practice within their London office.


The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Banking team, engaging in some of the most innovative cross-border transactions in the market. The candidate’s responsibilities will encompass the full transaction lifecycle, often with a multi-jurisdictional element, including negotiating intercreditor arrangements and drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (in both LMA and non-LMA form).


The candidate will play a key supporting role within the team, facilitating the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.


Essential Criteria:

  • 4+ PQE;
  • Strong background in real estate finance within a medium to large commercial practice;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
