Role: Product Growth Consultant (Product & Experimentation)

Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days in office

Contract: 6 months

Rate: up to £600 p/d Outside IR35

As a Product Growth Consultant, you’ll lead the charge on user acquisition, activation, and retention. Working closely with engineering, design, CRM, and marketing, you’ll turn insights into experiments and initiatives that deliver measurable impact. You’ll define how the product is understood, adopted, and scaled - creating repeatable strategies that move the needle on growth.

Who we’re looking for:

• Product management or growth experience driving acquisition, activation, and retention
• Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills with a data-led mindset
• Commercially minded, with focus on measurable business outcomes
• Experience in B2C apps or subscription products
• Comfortable building processes and frameworks in ambiguous, start-from-scratch environments
