Criterion Capital is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join our growing portfolio team.

As one of London’s leading real estate investment and asset management businesses, we own and operate high-profile commercial assets across the capital. With continued growth comes the need for greater financial precision, operational structure, and strategic oversight — and this is where you come in.


We are looking for a commercially astute asset manager with strong expertise in service charge budgeting and reconciliations, capable of bringing structure, insight, and efficiency to our processes while maintaining the highest operational standards across the portfolio.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function and make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate environment.


You will play a key role in:

  • Managing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Driving financial accuracy, transparency, and cost control across assets
  • Strengthening operational processes within the asset management function
  • Supporting leasing strategy and commercial performance
  • Working closely with property management, finance, and legal teams
  • Overseeing and coordinating major refurbishment and capital works projects
  • Supporting agreement for lease situations where works are linked to condition precedents


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years’ post-graduate experience in commercial property
  • Professionally qualified (or working towards qualification) in commercial property disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters and valuation principles
  • Proven experience in commercial lettings, particularly retail
  • (Shopping Centre experience helpful but not essential)
  • Solid understanding of commercial property law
  • Experience coordinating or overseeing large refurbishment or capital works projects
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially confident
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
