Led end-to-end UAT strategy and execution for a WinPath LIMS upgrade, ensuring alignment with pathology workflows and clinical safety requirements
Coordinated UAT activities across pathology disciplines, managing test planning, scripting, execution, defect triage, and sign-off
Acted as the primary liaison between pathology stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams to validate functional, regulatory, and data integrity outcomes
Oversaw test environments, data preparation, and integration testing with interfaced systems, ensuring minimal disruption to live services
Provided governance, reporting, and risk management throughout the test phase, supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation assurance
